Responsibilities- Support L&D needs analysis and training programme development.
- Develop training materials, e-learning content and learning resources.
- Coordinate training schedules, enrolment, logistics and providers.
- Support onboarding, induction and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain training records and LMS.
- Support performance management coordination and documentation.
- Diploma/Degree in L&D, Education, HR or related discipline.
- 0-3 years' relevant experience ; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Good communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
- Familiar with LMS and digital learning tools.
- Experience in technical, engineering, energy, oil & gas or industrial environments is an advantage.
