In Malysia and Singapore, we are hiringto both 270 and 360 structures, (Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Management Consultant, Team Leaders) to grow Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines,and Indonesia markets.

For the next 5-10 years, and beyind, wewill promote top performers and offer both domestic and overseas leadershippositions.

• Expand the number of active customers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Source talent using job portals, Linked In, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure job and cultural fit.
• Build teams, or buildexceptional personal branding as an independent principal consultant.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and providing consultativesolutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage key global accounts,ensuring timely delivery and service excellence.
• Develop “share of wallet”strategies enabling clients to access our full ranger of services that you will manage.

• Build and maintain a robustcandidate pipeline across industries.
• Provide career guidance,interview preparation, and market insights for candidates.
• Ensure high standards of candidate care and long-term relationship building.

• Provide clients with market intelligence and recruitment strategy feedback.
• Share insights with internal teams to improve service delivery and encourage teamwork.

• Min 3 Years of Experience in Recruitment or Staffing industry. (270 or 360 capacity).
• Enthusiastic to build bothexceptional corporate and personal brand.
• Effective communication and people skills
• Proven Sales Record and Sales Driven Mindset.
• Cheerful Outlook
• Goal-orientated, self-managing,initiative-taking.
• Recruiting capability within 1area of tech from:
  Security, Ai Engineering, Data Engineering, Application Development, Infrastructure, Enterprise Apps, Transformation.
