We are looking for a Service Now Developer who is passionate about building scalable solutions and eager to grow into architect-level roles.
This role offers exposure to advanced Service Now implementations, mentorship from senior architects, and opportunities to work on AI and automation-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on Service Now
- Build catalog items, client s, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
- Work across modules such as CSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, Sec Ops, and IRM
- Integrate Service Now with external systems using APIs
- Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to continuous delivery improvements
- 4+ years of Service Now development experience
- Strong knowledge of Java , Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- CSA certification with at least one CIS certification
- Experience in one or more Service Now modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, IRM)
- Hands-on Agile delivery experience
