Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,800 per month (based on experience).
Mikron Singapore Pte Ltd is a global leader in precision automation and manufacturing solutions. We are hiring an IT Helpdesk Support professional in Singapore. This role involves providing first‑line technical support, managing IT incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Ideal candidates possess strong troubleshooting skills, a customer‑service mindset, and experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Provide support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, printers, and basic networking.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
- Maintain IT inventory and document all user interactions in a ticketing system.
- Assist in setting up workstations, laptops, and user accounts for new staff.
- Perform regular maintenance, software updates, and patch management.
- Provide user guidance and training on standard IT processes.
- Support video conferencing and other office productivity tools.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Zendesk) preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Team player with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,800 per month (based on experience).
