We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Presales Intern to support our cybersecurity and cloud technology initiatives. This role provides exposure to a broad range of technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity solutions, AI‑driven productivity tools, and automation platforms.

As a Technical Presales, you will sit at the heart of the sales process. You will build relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers and deliver innovative solutions. You will get to work with all the technologies Akamai has to offer.

As a Technical Presales, you will be responsible for:

• Assist the presales team with technical research, solution validation, product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept activities, and the development of internal productivity tools leveraging AI and automation
• While customer‑facing engagement is minimal, the role may involve supporting technical presentations and product demonstrations when required
• An ideal opportunity for candidates with a background or strong interest in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and emerging AI solutions
• The role is highly practical and hands‑on, offering valuable experience in both technical and business‑oriented aspects of technology consulting and presales

To be successful in this role you will:

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science faculty or equivalent course of study
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
• Awareness of AI, automation, and emerging technology trends
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
