• Provide day‑to‑day support for all internal hotel IT systems, users and guests, minimizing system outages.
• Handle IT issues efficiently and completely.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and apply it to deliver full system benefits.
• Record all issues and inform stakeholders of any that need further attention.
• Communicate with the hotel Duty Manager and Sales & Catering Team to respond to Guest‑related IT requirements.
• Identify current and future system needs and provide solutions.
• On support call 24/7, assist hotel users and guests with IT matters.
• Assist departments in conducting training on computer applications to be installed in the hotel.
• Prepare training schedules and coordinate closely with departments to maximize sessions.
• Perform system maintenance and daily backup/off‑site backup for all internal hotel IT systems.
• Support systems such as POS, PMS, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Inventory, IPTV & PABX.
• Assist the Cluster Information System Manager in ensuring policies and procedures are carried out.
• Adhere to the hotel’s safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned.

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role; experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration, cybersecurity and database management.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, business applications and software development methodologies.
• Experience supporting hospitality systems or similar hotel management applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and support hotel operational systems and integrate them with the wider IT infrastructure.
