IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, user accounts, network, printers, Lark Suite, Google Workspace, and application-related issues.
• Support a range of devices including Windows laptops/desktops, Apple Mac Books, iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and various office IT equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting tasks such as LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP address verification, patching, and network printer support.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation, account setup, access requests, account disablement, and asset collection.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, tracking device assignment, returns, repairs, warranty status, and replacements.
• Install approved software and help identify non-standard or unauthorized software installations.
• Support basic endpoint security controls, including monitoring antivirus status, OS patching, device encryption, and reviewing local admin rights.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Senior IT Executive or the Regional IT Operations Lead as necessary.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or field support roles.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they possess strong networking fundamentals, relevant technical skills, strong Chinese communication ability, and a positive service attitude.
