DevOps Engineer | or Hong Kong

We are looking for a hands-on Dev Ops Engineer to join a global Cloud and Dev Ops team. You will help build and operate the platforms, automation, and tooling that enable engineering teams to deploy applications reliably, securely, and efficiently.

The role covers AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, cloud networking, and developer self-service
, with opportunities to contribute to broader cloud and infrastructure initiatives.

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform.
• Develop self-service tooling for engineering teams to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure
  , including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, and Cloud Watch.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and related tooling.
• Manage Kubernetes, Helm, and Git Ops workflows and support application onboarding.
• Develop and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across cloud platforms.
• Support cloud networking and hybrid connectivity across accounts, regions, and on-premises environments.
• Implement cloud security, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and governance controls.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of shared platforms.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams on troubleshooting, performance, production readiness, and incident response
  .

• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform
  .
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  .
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  .
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar
  .
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Good understanding of cloud security and networking
  .
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and distributed applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams
  .
• Pragmatic, automation-focused engineering mindset.

• Argo CD, Helm, or other Git Ops tooling
  .
• Kafka / Amazon MSK
  .
• Airflow, Snowflake, or Apache Iceberg
  .
• Hybrid cloud, enterprise networking, or multi-account AWS experience.
• Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
• Experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments
  .
• Relevant AWS certification
