Deputy Chief Information Officer

Our client is a reputable and well-established organisation in Singapore seeking to appoint a Deputy Chief Information Officer (Deputy CIO) to support its technology strategy and transformation agenda. This is a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise technology, driving digital transformation and strengthening technology capabilities across the organisation.

• Reporting to the CIO, you will provide leadership across the full spectrum of technology, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT operations.
• You will lead major technology transformation initiatives, modernise enterprise systems and strengthen technology governance, security and operational resilience.
• You will also drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure technology initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities while leading and developing high-performing technology teams.

• You are an experienced senior technology leader with proven experience overseeing the full suite of IT functions, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT operations.
• You should have a strong track record of leading sizeable technology teams and delivering large-scale technology transformation within complex organisations.
• Candidates should bring recent leadership experience from a large commercial organisation, with strong stakeholder management skills, sound commercial judgement and a progressive approach to technology.
