This role will provide functional support for Success Factors modules.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional support for Success Factors modules, including Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Conduct user requirement analysis for enhancements, analyse business information needs gathered, translate into requirement specifications, and secure user signoffs.
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to business users.
- Assist the configuration of Success Factors modules, including Role-Based Permission and provide support during system upgrades and patches.
- Plan, coordinate, conduct and document end-to-end unit and system integration testing, and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system integration issues with related platforms, such as payroll or other systems.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and build good rapport.
- Collabrate with vendors and team members on application maintenance, testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Participate in project implementation activities where required.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices regarding system data and user access.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors support and configuration, with experience across multiple modules, including Role-Based Permissions, Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Strong understanding of SAP or Success Factors integration points with other business systems like SAP S/4 Hana, Concur and third-party systems.
- Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, user training and technical/functional documentation
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and data analysis systems would be an added advantage.
- Success Factors certification, such as SAP Certified Application Associate would be an added advantage.
- Experience in HR technology and processes with a focus on automation, process improvement and efficiency would be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues at both the functional and technical levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an effective team player and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
