Working hours:
Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience):
Up to $4,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits Duration:

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide IT and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
- Troubleshoot user issues involving applications, access, configuration and system errors.
- Support key business workflows including purchasing, sales, inventory and finance.
- Manage user accounts, roles and access permissions.
- Support APIs, system integrations and web-based applications, and coordinate with vendors where required.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support workflow automation and digitalisation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Support the responsible use of AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Maintain relevant IT, application and user-support documentation.
- Support IT security, access reviews and other IT improvement initiatives.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, application support or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and general IT troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of APIs, web services or system integrations.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, automation or AI-enabled tools would be advantageous.
