- Deploy and support systems, software applications, and IT peripherals.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to clients across Singapore (onsite and/or remote).
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance.
- Monitor and manage clients’ IT infrastructure, including networks and systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.
- Position is open to candidates willing to participate in the Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCP).
- Applicants under the MCP Programme must be aged 40 years old and above.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in IT, Computer, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in IT support engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and take on technical challenges.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical support and hands-on training will be provided.
