HANA Transformation Project Lead - APAC, based in Singapore, to lead the SAP S/4
HANAGreenfield implementation and rollout across the Asia-Pacific region.
You will drive regional project delivery, align local business and regulatory requirements with the global template, and coordinate with global program leadership, business stakeholders and implementation partners.
This is an initial 18-24-month contract position, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. Occasional regional or international travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities 1. Regional Project Leadership and Delivery- Lead the SAP S/4
HANA implementation and rollout across APAC, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality standards. - Coordinate regional readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Translate global program objectives into actionable regional plans.
- Ensure alignment with the global SAP template while addressing local statutory, regulatory and business requirements.
- Coordinate with global process owners, functional leads and regional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Manage regional dependencies and resolve localisation requirements and exceptions.
- Establish project governance, reporting and escalation processes.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, resources and delivery progress, reporting to the CIO and global program leadership.
- Act as the key regional counterpart to global project leadership and external implementation partners.
- Drive process harmonisation and adoption of standardised end-to-end SAP processes.
- Oversee regional master data management, data governance, data quality and migration activities.
- Collaborate with SAP experts to evaluate solutions and mitigate implementation risks.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and support organisational change across APAC.
- Coordinate communication, training and business readiness to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
- Support the definition of roles, responsibilities and new ways of working.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and IT project teams across the region.
- Manage external implementation partners, ensuring accountability, collaboration and delivery quality.
- Represent Silesia's regional business interests while maintaining alignment with global program objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading complex SAP S/4
HANAtransformations, with proven Greenfield implementation experience essential. - Experience in international ERP programs, preferably in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to manage implementation partners and system integrators, with in-depth knowledge of SAP Activate.
- Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder management and delivery planning.
