Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Junior Business Analyst to join our transformation team driving large-scale platform rollouts across several international markets. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, regional operations, and technical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, operational leads, and delivery teams to capture business requirements, optimize processes, and facilitate smooth multi-country implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional business units, operations, and product teams across multiple countries to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Map current-state ("as-is") operational workflows and define standardized, scalable future-state ("to-be") business processes.
- Support implementation governance, tracking rollout milestones, cross-border dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
