We are looking for a talented Dev Ops Engineer to build and scale our client Cloud Native Dev Ops Platform that supports millions of users and thousands of developers. You will work at the intersection of Infrastructure, SRE, and Backend Engineering to improve deployment velocity, system reliability, and developer productivity. WhatYou'll Do
Build Cloud Native Platform
Design and develop our clients internal Dev Ops Platform - including CI/CD, automation, configuration management, and AIOps
Infrastructure & Reliability
Manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters, microservices architecture, and multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Private Cloud)
Ensure system reliability, performance, and security - 99.99% uptime mindset
Drive infrastructure as code (IaC) adoption across the org
CI/CD & Automation
Design and maintain high-throughput CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Git Lab CI / ArgoCD)
Automate everything: from provisioning to deployment to data correction and rollback
Continuously improve build, test, and release efficiency
Observability & SRE Collaboration
Work closely with SREs and Backend Engineers to improve monitoring, logging, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Open Telemetry)
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and capacity planning
Champion Dev Ops best practices, security, and cost optimization
- Container & Orchestration:
Docker, Kubernetes, Helm - CI/CD:
Jenkins, Git Lab CI, ArgoCD, Git Ops - Infra as Code:
Terraform, Ansible, Terragrunt - Cloud: AWS / GCP / Tencent Cloud / Private Cloud
- Monitoring:
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Open Telemetry, Sentry - Languages:
Go / Python / Shell (at least one scripting) - Databases & Messaging:
MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Click House
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 7+ years experience in Dev Ops / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure role in a high-traffic internet company
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production at scale
- Proficient in Linux, networking, and troubleshooting distributed systems
- Expert in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a must)
- Proficient in at least one language:
Go, Python, or Shell - Understanding of microservices, service mesh (Istio), and cloud-native principles.
