- Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement AI and digital solutions to improve business operations and productivity across departments.
- Analyse existing workflows and recommend automation and AI-driven improvements for reporting, data processing, and operational efficiency.
- Design, implement, and integrate AI tools and solutions (e.g. automation platforms, generative AI tools, data analytics solutions) into company processes.
- Work with internal data to support AI initiatives, including data collection, cleaning, structuring, and basic analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI and system solutions.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for the setup, integration, and maintenance of AI and IT systems.
- Monitor and optimise the performance of implemented AI solutions to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
- Support and maintain company IT infrastructure, including email systems, cloud platforms, and user account management.
- Provide technical support to employees to ensure smooth usage of AI tools and IT systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and IT assets.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, data processing, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT systems, including cloud platforms, email systems, and basic networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse business processes.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Prior experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or IT support will be an advantage.
