End User Computing (EUC) Intern
,you'llget a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages the devices, software, and IT services that power its people.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the end-user computing (EUC) asset lifecycle: plan and coordinate device deployments (onboarding), loans, refreshes, and retirements (offboarding); ensuretimelyupdates and replacements.
Assist with software packaging, testing, release, and deployment to keep devices current.
Provide IT support: troubleshoot issues and perform software installations and upgrades.
Follow up after incident resolution and fulfill IT service requests.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Maintainaccurateasset records (status, location, user assignment).
Help ensure all devicescomply withfirm security policies and standards.
We welcome curious, service-oriented students who are excited to build a career in IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user technology.
Currently enrolled in a diploma program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT support and end-user device management.
Willingness tolearntroubleshooting, software installation, and device configuration.
Strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills.
Familiarity with IT asset management principles is a plus.
Awareness of security policies and standards for end-user devices.
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
