HRIS Manager; HR Systems & Digital Transformation​/West

• Manage the daily operations, maintenance and support of enterprise HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring smooth system performance and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to gather business requirements and translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
• Coordinate HR system enhancements, configurations, system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and post-implementation support.
• Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity and security through effective data governance, validation controls and role-based access management.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support management reporting and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve system efficiency and enhance employee self-service capabilities.
• Manage HR technology projects, including system upgrades, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee system documentation, change management, audit requirements and compliance with internal policies.
• Provide system support, user guidance and training to HR teams and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with external system vendors to manage service requests, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of system e
  nhancements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HRIS management, HR technology, HR systems implementation or HR digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise HR systems, including system administration, configuration, enhancements and production support.
• Experience in UAT, system implementation, troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
