We're looking for a Marketing Data Engineer to build the data infrastructure behind marketing across APAC - Singapore, Australia, Japan and Emerging Markets. You'll connect our marketing platforms (GA4, Apps Flyer, Amplitude, Braze) into GCP, powering attribution, measurement, tracking and data sharing across the region.

This role sits within the APAC Data and Analytics team, reporting into the Head of Data and Analytics, APAC. The team partners closely with marketing across all APAC markets to ensure marketing data is clean, connected and trusted. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

• Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines connecting marketing platforms, including GA4, Apps Flyer, Amplitude and Braze, into GCP.
• Support attribution and measurement modelling by ensuring marketing data is clean, reliable and well-structured.
• Own data governance and sharing standards across markets, keeping marketing data consistent and accessible across Singapore, Australia, Japan and Emerging Markets.
• Implement and maintain tracking and tagging across marketing platforms in partnership with marketing and analytics stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues across the marketing data stack, from source to warehouse.
• Partner with marketing, analytics and engineering teams to prioritise and deliver new data integrations.
• Document data flows, pipelines and schemas to support self-serve reporting across APAC.

• Degree in a quantitative or technical field (computer science, engineering, data science, or related).
• 3-5 years' experience as a data engineer or in a similar role, ideally supporting marketing or growth functions.
• Strong hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP (e.g. Big Query, Cloud Functions, Dataflow).
• Practical experience with marketing or analytics platforms such as GA4, Apps Flyer, Amplitude or Braze.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a scripting language such as Python.
• Experience supporting attribution or measurement modelling with clean, structured data.
• Understanding of data governance principles, particularly across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing and analytics teams.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Experience with server-side tracking or tag management systems.
• Direct exposure to APAC markets (Singapore, Australia, Japan or Emerging Markets).
• Familiarity with data privacy and consent frameworks (e.g. GDPR, PDPA) as they relate to marketing data.
