Business Analyst - IT & SaaS Platform

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our IT & SaaS Platform team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, with proven expertise in IT environments and SaaS solutions. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and supporting business growth through technology-driven insights.

• Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement).
• Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define the problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create a product roadmap and work with the team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release products.
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate the product to drive outcomes.
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.

• Proven record of driving business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus.
• Computer science, product management-related degrees, or diplomas are a plus.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professionals are a plus.
