- Manage the implementation and go-live of Zing Key’s HR SaaS system.
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and business requirements, including Payroll, Leave, Attendance and Rostering.
- Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, user training and go-live support.
- Coordinate with clients, product and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for product improvements.
- Prepare user guides, training materials and project documentation.
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR or related fields.
- Good communication, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage client projects effectively.
- Experience in HRMS / HCM / Payroll / ERP / SaaS implementation.
- Familiar with Singapore HR, Payroll, Leave or Attendance processes.
