Legal Associate​/Practice Trainee​/Paralegal Ling Law Corporation Practitioner

I am hiring a Legal Associate, a Trainee, and a Paralegal to join my disputes team. You will work directly with me, handle real files from day one, and receive close training on how to think, draft, and manage cases properly. I will personally go through your work with you, explain the reasoning, and make sure you build strong foundations in litigation practice.

We handle a wide variety of disputes, including commercial, contractual, shareholder, debt recovery, enforcement, family, and criminal matters. Clients come to us when they have a problem, so the work is fast-paced, varied, and genuinely interesting.

All roles are expected to start work in 2026, or December 2025 (up for discussion).

Recently admitted to the Singapore Bar or up to 2 years’ PQE.

Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions, discovery lists, and legal opinions.

Attend PTCs, hearings, and trials under supervision.

Work directly with clients and counsel.

Receive detailed feedback and training to build strong litigation instincts.

For those seeking to complete their practice training and admission to the Bar.

Work on live files across civil, family, and criminal matters.

Assist with drafting, discovery, hearing preparation, and client management.

Attend court sessions and client meetings for practical exposure.

Receive structured, hands-on training and close mentorship throughout the training period.

Assist with eLitigation filings, bundles, cause papers, and legal research.

Maintain file organisation and support trial and hearing preparation.

Law diploma or degree, or prior litigation support experience preferred.

Learn to manage workflow efficiently and anticipate next steps.

Legal Associate: S $6,500 per month (negotiable).

Trainee (2026 / 2027): S $3,500 per month, with a view to retention.

Paralegal:
From S $3,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
