We areseekinga detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain intern to join our team.

The ideal candidate willbe responsible for monitoring On-Time Delivery (OTD), and end-to-end lead times, while also supporting on productivity projects on the systems and processes.

What will you do:

Monitor On-Time Delivery(OTD):

• Track,analyze,andreportOTDperformancemetricstoensureproductsaredeliveredaccordingtocustomerexpectationsandcommittedschedules.
• Identify trends,rootcausesofdeliveryissues,andopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovement.

End-to-End(E2E)
Lead Time Management :

• Monitorandevaluateend-to-endleadtimesacrossthesupplychain.
• Analyzeprocessperformance,identify bottlenecks,andprovideactionablerecommendationstoimproveefficiencyandreducedelays.

Support Project Deployment:

• Coordinateandsupportprojectimplementationactivitiestoensuresuccessfuldeploymentwithinagreedtimelines.
• Collaboratewithcross-functional teams, monitorprojectprogress,identifypotentialrisks,andassistinresolvingissuestoachieveprojectobjectivesandbusinessrequirements.
• Developormaintainworkinstructionsforprocessflowsofeachnodeofsupplychain

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales, Offer Management,and Supply Chain team
• Supportorder expedition and on time deliverytocustomeraimed at improving business processes and sales.

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce CRM, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
