Procurement Executive; North

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in response to Invitations to Tender (ITT) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers based on pricing, availability, quality and logistics costs
  .
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and quality of equipment
  .
• Work closely with the Sales and Project teams to understand and fulfil client and project requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders
  , create equipment item codes and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
  , placing purchase orders when replenishment is required.
• Calculate equipment costs and selling prices to support accurate project costing and quotations.
• Process and manage supplier payments and purchasing expenses
  , ensuring proper documentation and records.
• Support procurement activities and resolve any delivery, pricing or supplier-related issues as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc procurement and purchasing duties assigned by the HOD.
