We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Job Scope- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, building systems and equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and facilities improvement projects.
- Manage contractors, service providers, maintenance budgets and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building safety, fire safety and workplace requirements.
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or building maintenance; hotel experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning and contractor management.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination and budget management skills.
