Additional job descriptionAs the Strategic Initiatives, APAC lead, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff, APAC and play a critical role in supporting programs that drive the APAC cloud business.
Your primary mission is to ensure executive leadership has the insights and rhythm of business tracking required for effective decision-making. You will support a portfolio ranging from annual planning and long-term strategic projects to business escalations and administrative tasks required by the Chief of Staff or the APAC Regional Vice President. You will work across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and execution on business goals.
Jobresponsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to design and operationalize APAC-wide programs and annual planning for the Cloud ecosystem.
- Resolve business escalations to maintain high operational standards and efficiency across the region.
- Manage the rhythm of business for the APAC Regional VP, including staff meetings, all‑hands, and tracking critical follow‑up actions.
- Lead special projects and perform data‑driven analyses to provide strategic recommendations for complex regional challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR to foster organizational culture and ensure alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Sales, Finance, or Management Consulting.
- Experience in a hyperscaler or B2B enterprise technology environment.
- MBA degree.
- Experience as a change management leader, with the ability to advocate for new approaches and lead the change process across a region.
- Experience in a high‑growth sales environment.
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives, with excellent project management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and manage several time‑constrained projects simultaneously.
- Excellent business acumen and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to tie technical solutions to customer value.
