Store Manager ID6147
Salary: $4,300 - $5,000
Working Hours ： 5.5 days
Location:
Island wide
- Take charge of the store and oversee smooth daily operations.
- Manage the store's profit and loss (P&L), budget, and forecasts to achieve business targets.
- Maximize sales revenue and customer turnover while implementing effective cost-control measures.
- Monitor operational performance, conduct cost analysis, and improve operational processes.
- Ensure food safety, operational safety, and a comfortable dining environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.
- Plan manpower schedules and monitor staff attendance and leave.
- Participate in recruitment and selection of junior staff.
- Handle staff counselling and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Lead, supervise, train, and develop supervisors and service staff.
- Manage store administration and perform other duties assigned by the Senior Store Manager.
