Assistant Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism are maintained throughout the outlet.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor and analyze company performance metrics, such as sales figures, appointment bookings, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures, including safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in relevant experience.
• To be able to manage pressure of multi customers service requests and time management.
• Able to work irregular timing.
• To be able to understand Customer needs.
