We design, customize, and create parts and assemblies for automated equipment using CNC precision manufacturing. We focus on superior quality, innovative methods, and engineering practices to produce complex parts meeting the highest standards and client specifications.
Job SummaryOperate and program CNC milling machines to produce precision parts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while performing routine machine maintenance and verifying workpiece conformance.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications
- Prepare CNC programs to control machine operations and optimize production efficiency
- Verify that work pieces conform to technical specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure operational reliability
- Follow quality control procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety practices
- Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent certificate in Precision Machining
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining, programming, and machine setup/operation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
