- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor process and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and equipment health checks.
- Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in equipment improvement projects to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
- Perform mechanical alignment, replacement of wear parts, and precision adjustments.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and company quality standards.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in:
Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Precision Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Or related disciplines - 1-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts (if applicable).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive learning attitude.
