** Retail Marketing Manager, Southeast Asia
** based in Singapore, reporting to the Retail Marketing Head, Asia. The role supports the firm’s strategic plans for growth in the Retail channel within the Southeast Asia region, in the formulation of strategic Marketing plans, developing campaign concepts, and deployment of industry-leading Marketing practices.

This role will help drive sales engagement with clients across Southeast Asia. The role will work with regional and country sales management on how best Marketing will contribute to achieving the firm’s business objectives with the most impactful and effective Marketing campaigns and content across all Marketing channels.
** How You Will Add Value
*** Support the Retail Marketing Head, Asia to develop the Southeast Asia Retail Client Marketing Plan
* Implement Southeast Asia Retail Marketing initiatives to create awareness of our investment capabilities and solutions, translate client insights into compelling propositions, and optimize opportunities aligned with global and regional growth objectives
* Define and articulate Marketing plans and activity briefs to secure resources and stakeholder commitment regionally and globally
* Champion the voice of the client and our firm story
* Think commercially and design multi-channel Marketing campaigns using the most effective Marketing mix
* Recommend budget requirements based on performance analysis to optimize resources
* Engage Southeast Asia Retail Sales team to integrate Marketing activity into Distribution efforts
* Adopt global standards and processes, embedding best practice within campaigns and activities
* Establish robust campaign management, delivering coherent activities to meet objectives
* Work with Digital Marketing to strength audience targeting for relevance, resonance, and personalization; monitor performance and optimize campaigns using an agile approach
* Work with Digital Marketing to implement effective contact strategies and controls to prevent over/under communication at the client level
* Work with Content Marketing team to ensure the suite of content available to meet segment needs
* Work with Events Marketing team to launch client engagement events and roadshows to promote Franklin Templeton’s thought leadership, products and services
* Partner with Digital Marketing, Content Marketing and Events to review KPIs, report on Marketing impact, and provide MI and narratives for Marketing governance processes
* Project manage delivery of campaign assets (including advertising) to required timescales
* Monitor progress against plan and budgets, flexing priorities and resources accordingly
* Identify learning opportunities and adopt Marketing best practices
** What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
**** Experience, Education & Certifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, or business administration
* Minimum 8 - 10 years of marketing experience in the financial sector
* Proven track record in the asset management industry particularly in the retail/intermediary channel in Singapore or Southeast Asia
** Technical Skills
*** Good knowledge of marketing tools and new technology
