Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage on Instagram, including content creation, posting, and engagement strategies to enhance the brand's image and attract top talent.
• Serve as the host and talent for marketing needs, including video content and live streams, to effectively communicate the brand's message and engage with the audience.
• Curate and create content for the beauty community, ensuring it aligns with brand plan and resonates with the target audience's interests and preferences.
• Support the Owned Media team in ad hoc projects, such as photoshoots, KOL collaboration, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and becoming a talent for social media content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative content.
• Familiarity with design principles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in content creation and scheduling.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the brand's online presence and reputation.
