Ourclient is an established,founder-led luxury events and lifestyle group with operations across Singapore and Hong Kong
. They partner with leading global brands, financial institutions and private clients to deliver high-endevents, experiences and bespoke projects.

Withambitious plans for continued growth across Asia, they are expandingtheirsenior team and looking for talented individuals who combine commercial thinking, exceptional client service and a strong understanding of the luxury market
.

• Lead thebrand and client experience within the respective market.
• Own the market P&L,commercial performance and brand standards
  .
• Develop relationships with UHNW clients and luxury brands
  .
• Lead the local team andmanage supplier/partner relationships.
• Drive new business across gifting, bespoke commissions, activation sand event florals
  .

• 10–12years' experience
  in luxury brand management, senior marketing or luxury retail.
• Ideally comesfrom a global luxury brand
  .
• Proven experience leading a luxury retail/brand environment, including teamand P&L ownership
  .
• Strong understanding of UHNW client service
  .
• Existing luxury/giftingnetwork in HK or SG.
• English +Cantonese/Mandarin essential for HK
  ;
  Mandarin advantageous in SG.

• No meaningful luxury brand, marketing or retail management experience.
• No P&L ownership.
• Presentation/styleunsuitable for an ultra-premium luxury environment.
• For HK, no bilingual
  
  English/Chinese capability.
• Pattern of very shorttenures.
