Senior Account Executive​/Account Manager

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to own client relationships and drive branding projects from kickoff to handover. This role is a mix of client servicing and brand strategy, with a clear path toward becoming a brand consultant.

• Manage day-to-day client communications and project timelines
• Prepare and facilitate branding workshops alongside senior leadership
• Translate client briefs into clear internal creative briefs for the design team
• Present design proposals to clients
• Build and maintain project scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Manage third party vendors, where needed

• 2 to 4 years in account management or client servicing at a branding, design, or creative agency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to and advising clients, not just taking orders
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects
• Resourceful with experience managing production vendors

• Experience with hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with brand strategy frameworks
• Experience in branding / advertising / social media marketing

• Direct exposure to brand strategy, not just project coordination
• Hands-on experience with branding workshops and client consulting
• A clear development path from account management to brand consulting
• Portfolio-building work across hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, and education
