Head of Marketing - Consumer Fintech

The Head of Marketing will lead Singapore’s marketing strategy, budget and commercial performance, with a focus on customer acquisition, activation and retention. You will develop an integrated marketing approach across online and offline channels and partnerships, translating market insights and business priorities into effective growth strategies.

Working closely with business leaders and regional stakeholders, you will lead a high-performing team, strengthen market positioning and deliver measurable business impact.

Commercial Performance & Growth

• Own Singapore’s marketing strategy, budget and performance targets, driving sustainable growth across customer acquisition, activation and retention.
• Improve conversion across the customer journey, strengthen customer engagement and maximise long-term customer value.
• Drive overall business performance by aligning marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and optimising marketing investment and ROI.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across online and offline channels and partnerships.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Develop locally relevant marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, market positioning and customer preference.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, establishing clear objectives, performance expectations and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Compliance and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and enhance customer experience.
• Oversee budgets, external partners and resources, adapting strategies to changing market conditions and business needs.

• Oversee marketing planning, budgeting and performance reporting, using funnel, cohort and campaign analysis to inform decisions.
• Monitor key indicators across customer acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, brand performance and marketing ROI.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development or related commercial functions, including team and budget leadership.
• Proven track record of driving customer growth and measurable commercial outcomes in Singapore.
• Experience in fintech, digital investment/wealth platforms, financial services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, partnerships, customer acquisition and lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer insights and data into business results.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Adaptable, resourceful and results-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with effective execution.
• Excellent English communication skills;
  Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to interact with stakeholders in Greater China.
