Programme Executive
Salary: $2600 - $4,000
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am
-1pm)
Working location:
Eunos
- Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
- Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
- Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Manage programme budgets and resources.
- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
- Possess minimum Diploma preferably in Social Services or related fields
- Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred
- Experience & knowledge inprogramme design, implementation, and evaluation
