Employment Type: Full-time / Shift work

Schedule: 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, night) including weekends and holidays

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with SGH’s clinical standards
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medication and perform clinical procedures (e.g., IV drips, wound care)
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Educate patients and their families on treatments and recovery plans
• Support doctors and assist in medical examinations and procedures
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (from a recognized institution)
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• For foreigners:
  Must pass the SNB registration and English language proficiency test (OET/IELTS)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
