- Analyse, review, and process Holter monitor recordings for the Singapore region.
- Utilise Cardio Scan's cloud-based platform, Beat Box, to review, allocate, and report on Holter studies.
- Prepare accurate, concise, and clinically sound reports with a high level of attention to detail.
- Manage workload effectively to ensure customer SLA turnaround times are consistently achieved.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes and clinical protocols.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with leading cardiologists, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to support patient outcomes.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues across multiple regions.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while working independently when required.
- Support knowledge sharing and best-practice approaches within the clinical team.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Holter analysis within the cardiac industry.
- Qualified with an Associate Diploma or equivalent Science degree; CCT certification advantageous.
- Solid understanding of cardiac terminology, related technologies, and reporting.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong communicator who connects well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self‑motivated, proactive team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet KPIs and team objectives.
- Ready to trade hospital shift work for a stable, balanced professional environment.
