About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse to join our ICU team and provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibility- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols.
- Operate and manage critical care equipment and monitoring devices.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals on patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital standards.
- Support patients and families and participate in training and quality improvement activities.
- Min Diploma in Nursing or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' in ICU experience.
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
- Advanced Nursing Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
