Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, QA Specialist - Analyst/Manager, Production QC/QA
Oversees Quality Assurance (QA) with a focus on Quality Management System (QMS) management, audit readiness, and defect prevention. Work closely with the QC Manager focused on product inspection to drive overall quality, compliance, and department efficiency.
Company Transport is provided in various Jurong MRT locations . Workplace Location in Jurong West.
Key Responsibilities:QMS & Compliance: Maintain Quality Management System documentation and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and customer standards.
Audits & Document Control: Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits while managing document control, records, and traceability.
Corrective Actions: Lead RCA, 8D, and CAPA processes to address root causes and resolve non-conformances.
Quality Improvement: Monitor QA metrics to reduce scrap, rework, rejections, and customer complaints.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Production, Engineering, QC, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues effectively.
Experience:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in QA/QMS within manufacturing or precision engineering (medical, semiconductor, or preferred).
Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with AS9100 and ISO 13485 is a plus.
Technical
Skills:
Hands-on experience with audits, CAPA, RCA, and 8D frameworks.
