• Provide world‑class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

• Acts with customer in mind.
• Ready to work in a busy and fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and ready to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
