As a Jewelry Stylist
, you are our on-ground ambassador to the offline Wanderlust + Co experience. You contribute to the business by maximizing sales on the floor in addition to providing exceptional customer service that meets the Wanderlust + Co standard. You will help to achieve individual sales goals and build long-lasting client relationships through your passion for the brand and extensive product knowledge.

You are also responsible to support all back-of-house related operational tasks. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –

• Deliver a warm and pleasant experience to all customers visiting the store
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
• Possess a strong drive for results while maintaining a positive and caring attitude at all times to both team members and customers

Customer Development

• Offer exceptional service to all Wanderlust + Co customers in person, or over the phone and through any electronic communication
• Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage customers through product knowledge and brand story
• Able to highlight any issues and suggest appropriate solutions promptly to Store Manager so each customer’s complaint / issue is effectively and promptly solved

Operations

• Execute opening and closing of the store according to guidelines
• Ability to handle all store equipment especially POS system
• Support visual merchandising, merchandising and housekeeping according to store guidelines
• Keep the product in stock room and floor in perfect condition
• Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the store
• Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise
  
  Minimum Qualifications

  Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Associate
  • Experience in Jewelry Retail is value added
  • Friendly and energetic with strong communication skills in English and Malay, Chinese is a plus
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
