Operation Executive (Watch appraisal & valuation)
- Working hours:
10:30am – 7:30pm - Working day: 5 days/week, must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Salary: $2,500–$3,500
- Location:
Orchard
- Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
- Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
- Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
- Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
- Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
- With relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal, preferably for luxury brands
- Hands-on experience in a pawn shop, pre-owned luxury retail, or second-hand goods environment is highly preferred.
