Position: Senior, Retail Brand / Experience (Nike Sportswear / Sport Retail

Who You’ll Work With

This role is part of the SEA&I Integrated Retail Marketing (IRM) team and reports to the Senior Manager, Retail Brand/Experience. You’ll collaborate with Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS), EKINs, Brand Management, and cross‑functional partners across Energy Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Creative, as well as external agencies and vendors.

Key Qualifications
  • Based in Singapore
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail marketing and/or brand marketing with proven campaign execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest or background in sport, youth culture, fashion, and retail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets
What You’ll Work On

You’ll create and execute retail marketing campaigns that elevate Nike-only retail experiences and services for Nike Sportswear (NSW) and Sport categories. You’ll partner across internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling brand and product storytelling in Nike Stores.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns for NSW and Sport categories
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS), EKINs, and Brand Management to answer briefs on key brand priorities
  • Partner with Energy Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Creative to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Work closely with SEA&I Business Teams, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and APLA teams
  • Manage agency partners, vendors, and budgets to ensure flawless execution
  • Present concepts and campaign plans for cross-functional and leadership teams
  • Drive innovation and inclusivity in retail experiences while maintaining brand excellence
