Brand Manager, SKIMS (Singapore & Malaysia)

Full‑time on‑site position offering growth opportunities.

Primary Responsibility

The incumbent is responsible for establishing and leading the SKIMS brand across Singapore and Malaysia by delivering outstanding customer experience, brand perception, sales, growth and profitability across retail and omni‑channel. As a leader, you embody the Company’s values and leadership expectations, serving as a role model for all colleagues.

Areas of Responsibilities
  • Customer Offering, Experience & Service – Identify market‑specific offerings for all channels, maintain product consistency, oversee pricing, buying, experience, service and innovation.
  • Retail, Brand Activation & Events – Lead store launches, pop‑ups, activations and brand events; plan and execute launch campaigns and experiential moments to build awareness and drive sales.
  • Merchandising & Buying – Own range planning, assortment, and buy/OTB; analyze sell‑through and stock cover to drive replenishment, pricing and markdown decisions that protect margin.
  • Marketing – Full accountability on the brand’s annual marketing & communication plan across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Sales & Profit – Full accountability on the P&L and cash‑flow; analyze, set goals and support results to optimize sales, growth and profit.
  • People – Full accountability on recruitment, development & engagement; secure the brand’s and organization’s culture.
  • Expansion – Full accountability on retail and omni‑expansion; secure brand’s store renovation & maintenance standards across the portfolio.
  • Brand – Analyze and identify market specifics to secure a strong brand funnel; act as brand ambassador.
  • Leadership – Make the team work best, develop and create the best customer experience, inspire, delegate, motivate and challenge the teams; secure succession and talent planning; report and communicate plans and budgets.
  • Other – Any ad hoc division responsibilities assigned by Management.
