Bridal Consultant

MUSE is a contemporary bridal concept created for brides who see wedding fashion as an extension of their individuality. From modern silhouettes to unexpected styling, MUSE celebrates self-expression and a less conventional approach to bridal.

We are looking for an experienced Bridal Stylist / Consultant who is warm, confident and genuinely passionate about fashion and styling to join our team.

• Conduct personalised bridal consultations, understanding each bride's style, personality and vision to curate looks that feel uniquely hers.
• Guide brides through gown selection, styling and accessories, with a strong eye for proportion, silhouette and overall look.
• Create complete bridal looks through thoughtful styling of gowns, veils, accessories and other elements.
• Provide an elevated and personable experience throughout the appointment journey, from first consultation to final fitting.
• Build genuine relationships with brides and provide attentive, knowledgeable styling advice.
• Keep up to date with bridal, fashion and styling trends, with the ability to translate trends into wearable bridal looks.
• Support the team in maintaining the overall presentation and visual standards of the boutique.
• Assist with fittings, appointments, trunk shows, launches and other bridal events where required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and fashion-forward boutique environment.

• 2+ years of experience in bridal, fashion styling, luxury retail or a related client-facing role.
• Strong interest and knowledge in fashion, styling and contemporary bridal.
• Excellent eye for detail, proportion, silhouette and styling.
• Warm, confident and personable, with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and understood.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Able to balance creativity with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, appointment-based environment.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Weekend(s) availability is required as part of the retail schedule.
