• Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare and makeup products
• Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and product knowledge
• Support the achievement of store sales targets through effective customer engagement
• Maintain a well-presented and organised store environment
  
  Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, beauty trends and promotional activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup and customer service
• Previous Beauty Advisor or beauty retail experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented approach
• Comfortable engaging with customers and working towards sales targets
• Well-organised, responsible and able to work effectively in a team
