Retail & Operations Part Timers

Every product in our brand starts with a story — a question, a moment, an idea we think children deserve to hear. That story travels a long way before it reaches a family: from a print sketched in our studio, to fabric sourced with care, to an order packed and sent. You are at the heart of that last stretch.

We are looking for Retail & Operations Part Timers to join our team for year end. This is a hands‑on role that sits across two things we care deeply about: making sure every order leaves well, and making sure every customer feels looked after.

No prior experience is required. Able to commit to at least 3 days a week, from November to end December/early January.

You may at times be required to work on a weekend/public holiday for our retail store/pop‑up activations.

You will get a first hand view of what makes a design brand work and come alongside us during a fun and exciting year end period.

• Pick, pack and label every order carefully and accurately before dispatch.
• Coordinate with our logistics and courier partners to make sure pickups and deliveries happen on time.
• Hold the quality bar on outgoing orders — every package that leaves should feel like Sea Apple.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges across online and offline channels.
• Receive incoming shipments — check quantities, condition on arrival.

• Be an ambassador and staff the Sea Apple in‑store experience, delivering warm, personalised customer service and driving sales.
• Handle cashiering, payments and daily sales reconciliation.
• Pack and prepare for year end pop‑up operations
