Retail Sales Associate

This is a Retail Sales Associate position at Milk Barn, a children swear brand. You will handle day-to-day in-store sales, attend to walk-in customers, and work to drive sales growth while maintaining an outstanding store experience.

• Handle day-to-day in-store sales and attend to walk-in customers.

• Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets; operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.

• Work closely with the team to consistently create an outstanding store experience through excellent customer service and engagement, a tidy store environment, visual merchandising and a strong Milk Barn brand atmosphere.

• Maintain clear communication within the team and comply with all store requirements and procedures.

• Assist with store inventory management to ensure merchandise is complete and stock quantities are accurate.

• Ensure all products are neatly organised in the stockroom and stay mindful of loss prevention targets.

• Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR)

• Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Prior apparel retail sales experience is preferred

• Genuine passion for children swear and the Milk Barn brand

• Cheerful and patient personality, with a sincere love for children

• Able to work rotating shifts (1 day on / 1 day off, 12 hours per day), including weekends and public holidays
