• Manage and grow sales within the marine, offshore, and shipyard sectors.
• Promote wire ropes, synthetic ropes, shackles, and related lifting products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits and cold calls.
• Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to expand the company’s market presence.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
• Train and support junior sales staff on sales processes and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure excellent service delivery.
